Angel-4i Integrated Amplifier Now Available
The Angel-4i brings together the performance of the Angel-4 power amplifier with a passive preamplifier stage derived from the Angel-Pre, creating a refined integrated solution focused on transparency and musicality. Its upgraded three-island power supply—borrowed from the Angel-6 reference amplifier—delivers exceptionally clean, stable power, while the highly linear low-feedback amplifier design preserves the natural openness and detail of the music.
A carefully engineered output stage with ring-emitter transistors provides the current needed to control loudspeakers with authority, maintaining clarity even during demanding passages. The passive preamp section uses an ALPS “Blue Beauty” potentiometer with motorised control, operated via a precision-machined aluminium remote.
