Gulliford Hi-Fi is a supplier of the very latest Leema Electric Acoustics range of audio equipment and products.

Leema Acoustics was founded in 1998 by ex-BBC engineers Lee Taylor and Mallory Nicholls. Their first project looked to push the boundaries of loudspeaker design. To create miniature loudspeakers capable of outperforming systems many times their size. Four years of intense work followed and led to the production of the Xen. A micro monitor that delivered technical and musical excellence but that was only available to the professional audio market. As awareness of the quality of this Leema product spread, the Xen became a monitor of choice for the discerning audiophile.

Following the success of the Xen, Mallory and Lee decided to turn their expertise to commercial audio electronics. Their following product, the Tucana integrated amplifier, was released at the beginning of 2006, winning the distinguished Hi-Fi News Amplifier of the Year award later that same year. Shortly afterwards followed the Antila CD player. Once again, this product almost immediately won the prestigious What Hi-Fi? Sound & Vision Best CD player award in 2007.

Since then, the portfolio of class-leading products from Leema has expanded. Including the Constellation, Stellar and Elements ranges, and more recently, the Essentials line. New products continue to attract international acclaim, attracting many “best in class” reviews and numerous eminent awards.
